We are a small, family owned and operated business that is aligned with a guiding philosophy to serve our schools and sponsors with integrity, honesty, reliability, and kindness.

Community Stars has been a trusted provider of donated school products since 1997. Our founder, Roxanne Hayhurst, a single mother raising 6 children realized she was spending many valuable hours organizing and attempting to keep all their schoolwork in order. Roxanne saw the need to produce an organizational tool that would fit within the cost constraints all schools face.

Since Community Stars was created, it has been an integral part of hundreds of schools and businesses. The program aids in the teacher-to-parent relationship by offering the schools high quality school products completely free of charge while connecting local businesses to their targeted clientele.
